The correct value is accepted and the reward appears.

Fix: Clear the input and enter the count you all agree on.
Cause: The team split and submitted different counts.
Fix: Stop, pick one reader, then lock a single value.

Fix: Read again from the same angle and resubmit.
Cause: This implementation needs the full team on the field.
